Restaurant style paneer butter masala ( No Onion No Garlic)
Paneer is a treat for vegetarians. Paneer gravies are made I. Various style using different ingredient and flavours. I myself make end number of paneer curries like matar paneer, achari paneer, Kadhai paneer, shahi paneer and paneer butter masala..
Today I am Sharing my no onion no garlic paneer butter masala ,which tastes heaven.
Ingredients
- paneer 250 grams
- cream 1/4 cup at room temp.
- milk 1/4 cup at room temp.
- cumin seeds 1 tsp.
- tomatoes 3-4 medium sized
- green chillies 2
- ginger paste 1/2 tsp.
- dried fenugreek leaves/kasoori methi .. 1tbsp
- red chilli powder1/4 tsp.
- coriander powder 1 tsp.
- garam masala 1/2 tsp.
- salt to taste
- water 1/4 cup
- tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
Process
In a grinder make paste of tomatoes, fenugreek leaves ginger paste and green chillies. Take a pan and heat oil on medium flame, and add cumin seeds. Once done add tomato paste and qcook for a mint. Till it leaves water.. Add tomato ketchup and spices ( red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala). And cook with lid till the paste losses oil. Once done add cream and give it a good mix and again cook till the paste looses oil.
Once done add mil and stir well. Nice milk is mixed with the gravy and water and good the foray for another 2-3 mints. Add cubed paneer and let the gravy cook till it thicken..
Garnish with fresh chopped coriander your no onion no garlic paneer butter masala is ready...:)
