Easy Bruschetta style Garlic breds

Bruschetta style garlic breads

Bruschetta comes from family of italian breads, dish wherein salsa ( toppings of your choice) with cheese and herbs are served on a roasted bread. Our breakfast yesterday was something very similar.
I did not baked the bread loaf, but soon planning to do one for the love of baking. But this time tried my hands on Bruschetta's on a market bought French garlic loaf.

Ingredients
- 1 French loaf
- cheese 1/2 cup
- topping of your choice, around 1/4 cup ( I used onion, olives, capsicum)
- mixed herb/Italian seasoning
-  butter 2/3 tbsp
- garlic powder 1 tbsp

Process
Take the French loaf and cut the slices diagonally. Brush them nicely with a mix of butter and garlic powder. And, let them bake for 5 mints. In a pre heated oven at 200 degrees.
Once breads are roasted on each bread slice add topping of your choice, with lots of cheese and sprinkle some herbs/seasoning. Bake them in pre heated oven at 200 degrees till the cheese is nicely melted.. And there you go your yummy, cheesy melt in mount Bruschetta are ready..:) :)
