McCain style Vegetable Cheese Nuggets

It's raining cats and dogs almost every evening in Bangalore. And I crave for hot snacks when it starts pouring, with my evening cup is coffee.
I love those frozen Mc Cain nuggets,cheese balls, French fries and every other variant the have in their vegetarian section...:D 
But lately realised frozen food can not any way be compared with fresh ones. So, last evening when it started drizzling I knew what to try my hands on ,when my frozen nuggets's stock was over in fridge. :)

These are absolutely simple, loaded with veggies, creamy texture of cheese, and crips outer crust... Trust me this instantly become your hot favourite..:)

- 1 boiled and mashed potato
- 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
-1/4 finely chopped French beans
-1/4 boiled sweet corn( you can microwave them for 2 minutes)
- 1/4 cup boiled and mashed green peas ( you can microwave them for 4 minutes)
- 1/4 cup shredded processed cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
-1 tsp garlic powder
- salt to taste
- 3-4 tbsp plain dry flour/maida
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- thick prop urging consistency paste of 2 tbsp plain flour and 2 tbsp water

In a bowl take potato, add carrot, capsicum, peas,sweet corn , beans, cheese, parsley,salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder,plain flour, 1/4 cup of bread crumbs and mix them well to form a soft dough.
Now take small portions and for. Small balls out of them between your palms. Dip them in flour and water paste and then nicely coat them in bread crumbs. Deep fry them till nice golden Brown.

Yes, that's it.. Mix, roll and fry .. Your yummy and newest addictive vegetable cheese corn nuggets are ready..:)

@ you can freeze them ( for 3 days) and fry as need. Just take them out at least 30 mints. Prior to frying
@ you,can add/omit veggies of your choice.
