Eggless Cofee Walnut Cake with a chocolate Ganache

Eggless Cofee Walnut Cake with a chocolate Ganache

It was a special day yesterday, one of my very dear friend I would rather call her my sister's Birthday. I had to prepare as per her, taste buds. Since she is a coffee lover, thought of making a coffee Walnut cake.

I was trying the coffee cake for the first time. Has fortunately and by god's grace found a coffee essence during by last shopping at the grocery store so wasn't worried about the result in terms of flavour and aroma..:) :)

Did a quick ganache topping with chopped walnuts and that's it. Entire cake was done in almost an hour excluding the cooling time of cake and Ganache..:)
