Eggless Whole Wheat Banana and choco Chip Muffins



Till today I use to throw away the over ripped bananas that use to lie in my fruit basket unnoticed and neglected. Today I guilt so guilty to throw them again, today I decided even If u have to make an ice cream out of this overripe bananas, I will do it but not waste them anymore....
Later, Banana ice cream dint sounded too interesting to me. Then I thought of doing a cake loaf but dint had that much of bananas. So decided in doing these Eggless Whole a Wheat Banana and Choco chip muffins.

Very easy to make, used only 8 ingredients start to end. And my mission of using my over ripped bananas was accomplished in form of these cute little yummy domed muffins.  It's the best way to make your kid eat bananas if they don't eat them otherwise. And, since I used whole wheat it became even more healthier.

So this is what will be needed to make these muffins:

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 over roped bananas
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup castor sugar
- 4 tbsp of cooking oil ( I used regular sunflower refined oil)
- 4-5 tbsp of milk
- Choco chip as desired

Process
1. Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees C.
2. In a big bowl mash the bananas throughly. I used masher to mash them completely.
3. Now, add sugar, vanilla and oil to this. And mix everything nicely till sugar is dissolved completely.
4. Now in a separate bowl sieve together flour, baking soda and baking powder at least twice.
5. Mix flour mix with banana mix in 2 batches and mix well.
6. Since the batter would be too thick add little by little milk to make the batter smoother.
7. Please note do not add too much of milk, muffin batter is always thicker than that of a cake batter. So, you would need not more than 4 tbsp of milk to reach the desired consistency. Once, done fold in the chocol chips. 
8. Now pour the batter with help of an ice cream scooper or regular spoon, in paper lined muffin pan.
8. Pop them in oven and bake for approx. 25 mints. At 180 degrees, Or till the tooth pick comes clean.

Yummy, healthy, wholesome and awesome a muffins are ready...:)
