No Onion No Garlic Baby potatoes in tangy and creamy tomato and fenugreek gravy

No noon no garlic curries are little difficult to imagine, but trust me even without these two basic major ingredients various curries can be prepared and they taste  absolutely delicious. 
Today I prepared this gravy for the very first time and was an instant hint, tender baby potatoes nicely coated in thick rich, creamy tomato gravy.. While having this as my dinner, was thinking how would it taste adding onion garlic to it??:)

Ingredients
- baby potato around 259 grams pealed and washed
- tomatoes 3-4 medium sized, puréed in grinder
- fresh cream 1/4 cup
- coriander powder 1 tbsp.
- dried fenugreek leaves/kasoori methi1 tbsp.
- garam masala 1 tsp.
- red chilli powder 1/2 tsp.
- salt to taste
- oil 1/2 tbsp
- cumin seeds 1/2 tsp.
- water 1 cup
- degi mirch powder 1/2 tsp


Process
Take a pan heat oil on medium flame and add cumin to it, let the cumin splutter.mince done add tomatoes. Let this cook till tomatoes starts loose water. Once done add coriander powders red chilli powder and salt now cook this till the mixture looses oil. 
Now add cream ,degi mirch and fenugreek leaves and stir well,, again cook this till lit losses oil. Once done, add water and potatoes along with garam masala and let this cook on low flame for about 10-12 mints. Till,the gravy thickens. 

Your amazing no onion no garlic potato curry is ready. This can be served with roti,parantha or any other Indian flat bread..:)
